This year the South Kingstown Land Trust is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and the 2013 Great Outdoors Celebration & Auction on Sunday, August 11th will be our centerpiece event.  It will be held at the SKLT Barn, at 17 Matunuck Beach Road in Matunuck from 4pm to 6:30pm.  Proceeds will be used to further land acquisition and preservation of the local landscape.

The auction will feature works by local artists, dining experiences, and boating and vacation adventures.  Among the unique items are a “Moveable 16th Century Feast” in a Kingston Colonial Home, a Sunday Jazz

Brunch for Four at the Ocean House in Watch Hill and a one week vacation in Eleuthera, Bahamas.  Works by local artists include a watercolor by Holley Flagg and an oil on canvas by Joe Keiffer. Noted garden designer and horticulturist Louis Raymond of Renaissance Gardening will again be our spirited and entertaining auctioneer.
