Guided Hike at Alewife Brook Trail
Friday, June 10th (9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)

Join a fun guided hike at the SKLT’s newest trail, Alewife Brook! You’ll be on the lookout for migratory birds and other wildlife as well as interesting plants and flowers springing up beside the trail.

7 Rivers FestivalGuided Hike at Alewife Brook Trail
Saturday, June 25th (8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.)

Join a SKLT guided hike at Alewife Brook as part of the 7 Rivers Festival, a celebration the Wood-Pawcatuck Rivers’ new national “Wild & Scenic” status organized by the Wood-Pawcatuck Wild and Scenic Rivers Stewardship Council.

You’ll be on the lookout for summer blooms and get a glimpse of Alewife Brook which connects Worden Pond and Tucker Pond as a part of the Wood-Pawcatuck watershed.

Guided Hike at Browning Woods Trail
Friday, July 8th (9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)

Explore thriving habitat on a 2.5 mile hike that travels by the historical stone walls and foundations of Browning Woods Farm. You’ll be sure to hear raucous birdsong, find some wildlife tracks, and learn more about the landscape of this 165-acre property.
