Guided Hike at Alewife Brook Trail – Town of SK 300th Anniversary
Friday, April 7th (9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
Join a fun short guided hike at Alewife Brook in celebration of South Kingstown’s 300th birthday! You’ll be looking and listening for migratory birds as well as interesting spring mushrooms, plants and flowers springing up beside the trail. The one-mile trail loops through a 43-acre property acquired from the RI Boy Scouts with partial funding from the Town of South Kingstown.

Guided Hike at Crawley Preserve Trail
Friday, May 5th (9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
Witness the forest springing into bloom at Crawley Preserve, a beautiful trail system shared between SKLT and the Richmond Rural Preservation Land Trust. You’ll be on the lookout for migratory birds and other wildlife as well as interesting plants, mushrooms, and spring flowers beside the trail.
