SKLT First Friday Guided Hikes begin in 2023 with the Full Moon Hike & Bonfire at Weeden Farm!
Friday, January 6th (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)
Celebrate the New Year with a walk in the moonlight!
We’ll use the beautiful glow of January’s Wolf Moon to illuminate the trails beside Weeden Farm’s serene fields on a special wintry guided hike. We’ll discuss the history of Weeden Farm, listen for owls and other nocturnal wildlife, and more. After the hike, you’ll cozy up by the bonfire to enjoy s’mores, snacks, and hot chocolate.
Guests are encouraged to bring food and beverages.
Free, $10 suggested donation.
Registration is required as space is limited. Inclement weather cancels.
All ages welcome. Dogs are not allowed on guided hikes, but otherwise allowed on leash.
